Veteran British rockers The Rolling Stones will hold their first concert in China in April, three years after cancelling shows in Shanghai and Beijing due to the SARS outbreak.
The band will play at the 8,000-seat Grand Stage in Shanghai April 8 as part of the A Bigger Bang tour that has seen them perform in Canada and more recently a free concert in Brazil, the BBC reported.
Ticket prices for the Shanghai gig ranges from 300 to 3000 yuan (21.50-215 pounds) according to Chinese promoters, Emma Entertainment.
"The Rolling Stones' first-ever concert in China, do not miss it," the company said on its website.
