Director Sylvester Stallone asked Rourke to be in the next Rambo film after meeting at the Four Seasons Hotel in Los Angeles, thesun.co.uk reports.

A source said: "It was weird seeing two tough guys sipping tea on the veranda. They chatted about the Oscars, then Syl begged Mickey to sign for Rambo V. Mickey." The movie will be shot this year.
