Suri was expressing his views at the 33rd convocation of the Railway Protection Force (RPF) at Rajhi Camp Training Centre on Thursday. He offered salute during the marchpast and highlighted the role of RPF jawans in providing safe and secure journey to passengers.

Suri was expressing his views at the 33rd convocation of the Railway Protection Force (RPF) at Rajhi Camp Training Centre on Thursday. He offered salute during the marchpast and highlighted the role of RPF jawans in providing safe and secure journey to passengers.
Suri expressed hope that RPF jawans who had completed their training would strengthen the force and play a vital role in working of the Railways. He also awarded Sukhpal Singh, Anil Kumar Dixit and Ashok Kumar Bahera for their outstanding performance in different fields.
North Eastern Railway general manager SK Vij said that in view of the changing scenario, RPF jawans were trained in operation of the latest arms and stressed the need for organising camps at regular intervals for training RPF jawans. Vij assured that latest facilities would be provided to the RPF jawans’ training centre and said a march past on this occasion had proved the quality of training of jawans at the centre.
Senior DGM Kali Shanker, financial advisor Gyaneshwar Tripathi, chief security commissioner Daya Singh Chauhan and other senior officials were also present at the convocation.
