S Oishi new MUL Sales, Mktng Director

Maruti Udyog Ltd has appointed Shuji Oishi as Director, Marketing and Sales, in place of Kinji Saito.

Maruti Udyog Ltd on Thursday appointed Shuji Oishi as Director, Marketing and Sales, in place of Kinji Saito.

Saito has been with the company for the last four years.

Oishi's appointment came in as part of changes in the company's directorate, which was approved by Maruti's Board of Directors.

Amal Ganguli was appointed as the non-executive independent director and chairman Audit Committee in place of Kalyan Bose who resigned from the Board.
