Security firm staffer escapes with Rs 6 lakh ATM money

Dankore resident Sukhpal was hired by Writer Safe Guard Company two years ago. On Sunday, he came to put Rs 10 lakh at the ATM in Holland company. Sukhpal put only

Rs 4 lakh in the ATM and kept the rest in the bag.

"The fraud was detected when the company tallied the cash accounts. They then found that Sukhpal was also missing. His house in Dankore was found locked. Writer Safe Guard Company manager Dhan Singh has lodged FIR against Sukhpal on Friday evening. Till Saturday evening accused employee was absconding," said Shailendra Lal, Deputy Superintendent of Police.
