a Spanish film based on the true story of quadriplegic Ramon Sampedro's legal fight for the right to end his life, won the foreign-language Oscar on Sunday.
The film, directed by Alejandro Amenabar, had already landed the Golden Globe and National Board of Review accolades for best foreign language movie.
