Raj Abhishek's body was found on Monday morning in his room in Rohini. He was a first year BA student of Maharaja Agrasen College and a native of Jharkhand.

His roommate, who had gone to meet someone in Dwarka on Sunday night, told the police that Raj was tense for the last few days due to some unknown reason.

Raj's parents, who reached Dehi after hearing the news, however, denied that he was suffering from depression.

They said he had spoken to his brother-in-law, who lives in CR Park on Sunday night and he sounded perfectly normal.

The body has been handed over to his parents after post-mortem.
