Three injured as box thrown in dustbin explodes

Three persons, including a woman,were injured when a box containing "some chemicals" exploded at the main road in Pethaniapuram in Madurai today, police said.

The person who threw the box into the dustbin at the street was also injured.

The impact of the explosion was so much that both sides of the dustbin were ripped apart.
