IN A drug trafficking case, Justice J S Kshotriya of NDPS court, Mandsaur, sentenced three accused to 12 years’ rigorous imprisonment each with a fine of Rs 1.5 lakh recently.
According to prosecution, a Central Narcotics Bureau squad caught Ashraf Khan, Mohammad Khan and Raheem with 50.6 kg opium, which they were carrying in a jeep, eight months back in Mandsaur. They were arrested under the NDPS Act.
