“If the Chief Minister has any guts, why does he not say before the Supreme Court that he ordered the cold-blooded murders of Sohrabuddin, his wife Kausar Bi and their accomplice Tulsiram Prajapati?” the senior Congress leader, who is leading the Congress's campaign in Gujarat, said.

“If the Modi government had decided to eliminate Sohrabuddin at any cost, then why was the responsibility put on the police officials?” Vaghela asked. “They (the BJP) talk of being a party with a difference, is this their distinct style, where a Chief Minister justifies fake encounters?”
