"All vehicles carrying relief material to J&K are exempted from paying user fee at toll plazas till Sep 24, 2014," Gadkari tweeted.
"Those interested may obtain exemption certificate from J&K Resident Commissioner in Delhi," he said in another tweet.
Floods claimed over 200 lives in the Kashmir valley. Over 234,000 flood-hit people have been rescued so far from different parts of the state.
