The video went viral on social media in which Gaur is seen making way for woman passengers. When they were boarding the bus Gaur moved his hand and touched one of woman passengers from behind. It was not clear from the video whether this qualifies as an ‘inappropriate’ touch.

However, a social activist Ajay Dubey complained to the PMO on its Twitter page demanding ‘appropriate action’ against the minister for ‘openly molesting a woman in Bhopal’.
This was followed by a flurry of tweets which demanded action against the minister.
The home minister told the media persons that he did not misbehave with any woman and he was just showing the way.
“I only directed women workers to board the bus quickly as it was meant for them only. There is no truth in the clip as shown. Whatever I am saying is true,” Gaur told PTI.
In the past, Gaur, a 10-time MLA from Govindpura seat in Bhopal, has sparked controversies with his off-the-cuff remarks.
Last year, the octogenarian leader had made controversial statement that drinking liquor is a “fundamental right” and that it is a “status symbol” too.
