WAB to organise poster competition

TO PUBLICISE its objectives, Women Advisory Board (WAB) of Allahabad University (AU) will organise a poster, logo and mascot competition at AU and its constituent colleges in October. The title of the competition will be 'Akash hi seema nahin.' The winners of the competition will be felicitated and their work will be displayed in an exhibition.

TO PUBLICISE its objectives, Women Advisory Board (WAB) of Allahabad University (AU) will organise a poster, logo and mascot competition at AU and its constituent colleges in October. According to AU's chief public information officer (CPIO) Prof Amarendra Kumar Singh, the competition is open to students of AU and its constituent colleges and entries will be accepted by October 9. Prof Singh said that the participants could present their work on the given title on 14" X 22" paper and submit it by the last date. The participants from colleges can submit their posters with necessary information at the college office. Science Faculty students of AU can submit their posters in Biology Department and Physics Department while the Arts Faculty students can submit their posters in Economics/ English/ Medieval History Department of the varsity. Commerce and Law Faculty students can submit their posters with their respective Dean office.

The participants sending their entries will have to write down caption with their posters, logos and mascot in not more than five words. Logo and captions should also be submitted by the last date.
