'Women's eating disorder starts post-40'

Most women in their 40?s develop an improper diet such as skipping breakfast or having a muffin, says a UK study.

A survey has found that more than half of women develop a “disordered way of eating” once they reach the 40 year mark.

The survey, by Top Sante magazine, found that not only do 6 out of 10 women over the age of 40 let themselves go when it comes to their weight, but that 3.5 out of 10 also hate their bodies with 7 out of 10 missing the bodies they had before piling on the pounds.

According to the Mirror, most women in their 40’s develop an improper diet that such as skipping breakfast, having a muffin and coffee for lunch or some chocolate and wine for dinner as a way of battling the bulge, all this while still enjoying treats.
