Judge Abhay Thipsay asked her to surrender on Thursday and said he would not allow further extension of Sahrunissa's bail.

If the bail is not extended, she would be taken into custody on Friday itself to undergo three months' rigorous imprisonment.

The judge rejected Sahrunissa's plea urging extention of bail on medical grounds, her lawyer Umesh Deshpande said.

Sahrunissa was sentenced to three months RI and fined Rs 500 for giving false evidence in the Best bakery case.

However, the sentence was suspended and she was granted bail as Sahrunissa had moved the Bombay high court challenging her conviction on the charges of giving false evidence.

The high court has decided to hear the matter after July 11.

The court found Sahrunissa guilty of telling a pack of lies at the time of giving evidence.

Besides Sahrunissa, other family members including Zaheera, her brother Nasibullah and sister Sahira were also found guilty. Zahira, Sahira and Sahrunissa were sentenced to three months' RI and slapped a fine of Rs 500 each while Nasibullah was given a lighter sentence and put on probation.

Sahrunissa pleaded for bail saying she was undergoing treatment for multiple health problems. She said she was getting frequent headaches and was advised to undergo certain tests and CT scan.
