Massively being posted on social networking websites by Indoreans living in and outside the city, the four-minute video captures the spirit of being in Indore.

It is an amalgamation of the popular figures, spots and importantly the food associated with the city. According to the makers, never before in the country a video has been exclusively shot on a city.

"Everything in the video from the song, the lyrics, and the composition is original. The song was sung by the team while we got Anand Raj Anand to compose the music," said Tania Gupta, one of the makers of the video.

While the video includes glimpses of the city's character including popular lingos, food remains a constant element in the clip. "We realised when we had come to visit the city that the people here are crazy about food. So we ensured that the same is portrayed in our clip. The love for Sev, Namkeen and other street food is highlighted in our video. We also wrote a rap on it," said Tania Gupta, member of the creative team.

In talks with the tourism ministry, the team also plans to shoot every city in the state to boost tourism. "Exotic places with beautiful landscapes cannot always attract tourism. Cities like Indore with a beautiful setup in terms of people and food can also be tourist hubs. This is our message behind the video," summed Myuhit. The video captures the spirit of Indore through four things which are culture, language, people and food.
