Bhilwara: teen, uncle rape 16-year-old schoolgirl

A 16-year-old girl was allegedly raped by a youth and his maternal uncle in Jahajpur area here, police said on Monday. The 17-year-old suspect allegedly took the girl to his maternal uncle’s house at Luhari Kalan village while she was on her way to her school at 10 am on Saturday and raped her.

A case has been filed against the boy and his uncle in the morning after the minor and her family registered a complaint.

The 17-year-old suspect allegedly took the girl to his maternal uncle’s house at Luhari Kalan village while she was on her way to her school at 10 am on Saturday and raped her.

Later, Foru Meena, maternal uncle of the accused, raped her, the girl alleged.

On Monday morning, when the victim reached to Mangrop village and narrated the incident to parents who approached to the police station for the First Information Report (FIR).

Police have filed a case under Section 376 (rape) and Prevention of Children from Sexual Offences Act, station house office Vinod Meena said. The victim has been sent for medical examination to confirm rape, and efforts are being made to arrest the accused, deputy superintendent of police Banshi Lal Swami said.
