Criminal complaint filed against C P Joshi
A criminal complaint has been filed against Congress leader and union minister C P Joshi, who today filed his nomination for the post of president of the Rajasthan Cricket Association, where elections are scheduled for December 7.

A criminal complaint has been filed against Congress leader and union minister C P Joshi, who today filed his nomination for the post of president of the Rajasthan Cricket Association, where elections are scheduled for December 7.
Nathdwara MLA Kalyan Singh filed a complaint against Joshi in a special court in Udaipur, alleging that Joshi has acquired the post of treasurer in Rajasamand District Cricket Association through fraudulent means and has produced forged documents.
Singh's lawyer Ghulam Sabeer said complaint has been filed under section 13(1) of the IPC act 1988 and sections 420, 465, 468.
The secretary of the Rajsamand Cricket Association , District Sports Officer and Assistant Registrar have also been made a party, he said.
