CBI counsel Ranjan Ray handed over the report in a sealed cover to a division bench comprising Chief Justice S S Nizzer and Justice P C Ghosh.

Fourteen people were killed in police firing at Nandigram on March 14 and the High Court had asked CBI to probe into it.
