Pranab praises Mamata on handling yesterday's tragedy
Union finance minister Pranab Mukherjee today heaped praises on West Bengal chief minister Mamata Banerjee for the way she handled the situation at the AMRI hospital in Kolkata.

Union finance minister Pranab Mukherjee on Saturday heaped praises on West Bengal chief minister Mamata Banerjee for the way she handled the situation at the AMRI hospital in Kolkata.
"The way she handled the situation was adept and courageous," he told reporters in Kolkata.
"Tragedy like this cannot be prevented, but handling of the situation is important," he said.
A devastating fire at the hospital on Friday claimed the lives of 91 patients.
