But it’s no surprise that it wastes a lot of your valuable time and leaves you very drained and exhausted. Additionally, staring at a screen constantly can negatively impact your eyes and overall wellbeing. If you are someone who wants to break this cycle of constant doomscrolling, here are some activities you can engage in for better well-being and learning.

1. Reading

It might seem like a very cliched thing to do, but trust me, reading is more addictive than social media, once you get habituated.
