Sources told HT on Sunday that an application is likely to be made soon in the HC in this connection. The arrests have become imperative as Singh is not co-operating in the investigation, they said, after incriminating documents were found from 19 premises which had been searched. Sources said they were still to receive a satisfactory answer on the 450 rounds of live ammunition and some property documents recovered from premises owned by Singh and his family.
