
Malegaon blast: Accused seek speedy trial
The accused in the Malegaon 2006 blast have moved an application in the special Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act (MCOCA) court seeking expedition of their trial.

The accused in the Malegaon 2006 blast have moved an application in the special Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act (MCOCA) court seeking expedition of their trial.
In the application the accused have said that if the court cannot start their trial soon then they should be granted bail or the case should be assigned to some other MCOCA court, preferably Nashik MCOCA court.
They have also said that they are innocent and the real culprits behind the blasts are those who have been arrested by the Rajasthan Anti-Terrorism Squad in the Ajmer blast case.
