Rock band Phobia stole the show at the HT City Engifest 2010 at the Delhi Technological University, earlier known as Delhi College of Engineering.
The four-day long fest called Arpeggio, saw more than 12 city-based rock bands in performance. Corroded Dreams and Symphonic Mind Carnage were the other winners of the competition. The headline act by the group, Arcane Deception, was also much appreciated.
The event had more than 20 colleges from across the city participating.
