It took her a while but Rebecca Black has officially and finally pulled her song Friday off YouTube. But why now? Buzz is that the video has been pulled off because of a fight over Rebecca's image.

Black's representative told TMZ, "We can confirm that we submitted a Take Down Notice to YouTube as a result of the dispute we have with Ark Music regarding the Friday video."

Earlier this week, Ark, which ran the video on YouTube on its account, started charging $2.99 on Black's Friday.

Black's representatives have reportedly threatened a legal action against Ark. They claim that the company does not own either the rights to the song or the image and therefore are "wrongfully exploiting" her image and song.
