Photos: Delhi-NCR marks monsoon’s arrival with heavy rains

Delhi and the greater National Capital Region (NCR) on June 24 received their first rains of the year's monsoon season. The showers, arriving three days in advance according to India Meteorological Department (IMD) predictions, caught the capital off-guard. Official declaration of the capital entering monsoon season however, is to come only by tomorrow.
