Pawan Kalyan is the younger brother of actor-politician Chiranjeevi and Nagendra Babu. He holds a black belt in Karate. He began his film career with Akkada Ammayi Ikkada Abbayi in 1996. It proved to be a perfect launching pad for Pawan Kalyan as it successfully completed 100 days at several centres.
