Photos: 30 killed as heavy rains trigger landslides across Himachal

Over a thousand people have died due to rain-related incidents across the country this monsoon. Himachal Pradesh received the highest ever rainfall in 24 hours, since records were kept almost 70 years ago. At least 23 people have been killed since Friday as incessant rain continued to lash the state. Nine people died in Shimla while five deaths were reported from Solan.
