Hair loss issues are faced by a lot of us. In order to fix the hair problems, sometimes we need to watch the nutrients that we are taking in as well. “Hair problems also include thinning of hair, weak hair, split ends, limp and lifeless hair, itchy scalp, dandruff, and a lot more. These hair problems are often nutritional deficiencies in the body. To combat this, micronutrients (vitamins and minerals) are required in minute quantities,” Nutritionist Anjali Mukerjee wrote. She further recommended five Vitamins that should be incorporated in the daily diet in order to contribute to hair growth and hair health.(Unsplash)

Vitamin B-Complex: Anjali recommended inclusion of whole grains, pulses, nuts, yeast, meat, and certain green leafy vegetables in the diet in order to provide the body with Vitamin B-Complex.(Unsplash)

Biotin: This Vitamin helps in stimulating keratin growth and increase in follicle production. Biotin can be found in egg yolk, milk, peanuts, almonds, soybeans, yoghurt and sweet potatoes.(Unsplash)

Vitamin A: Vitamin A helps the skin glands to produce sebum – this helps in moisturising the scalp and keeping the hair healthy. It can be found in cod liver oil, carrots, spinach, peaches and broccoli.(Unsplash)

Vitamin E: This Vitamin can be obtained from wheat germ oil, walnuts, pecan nuts, dried beans, soybeans and green leafy vegetables.(Unsplash)
