Moving bowels can be a difficult thing to when we travel. Often during traveling, due to change in place and time, our body takes time to adapt to the new surroundings. Hence, we may face issues of constipation for some times before our bodies adapt to the changing environment. We must keep our bodies hydrated as much as possible. When we travel, we move around a lot, when our bodies tend to get weak and dehydrated. We should drink adequate water.(Unsplash)
