Often during sleep or in the middle of the night, we may experience panic attacks. That can keep us awake throughout the night, further leading to deteriorating health. "These attacks can be accompanied by physical symptoms like sweating, rapid heartbeat, and difficulty breathing. They can be frightening but are usually not harmful," wrote Therapist Alison Seponara.
