Leaky gut is a condition where bacteria and toxins are able to move through intestinal wall. These toxins may lead to gut inflammation and can result in various diseases. Some of the symptoms of a leaky gut include a burning sensation in gut, diarrhea, gas and bloating, and painful indigestion. Excessive dairy intake, alcohol intake, eating gluten, sugar or processed foods can cause leaky gut.
