Omicron BA.2's effect is still unknown but it is observed to have a fast transmission. Scientists are worried that this may be more contagious than Omicron variant. UK Health Security Agency has put Omicron BA.2 under observation to detect its effects.(Luke MacGregor/Bloomberg)
