Silent symptoms of panic attack you should know
Panic attacks come announced unlike anxiety which has its triggers due to certain stressors. An intense and irrational fear grips a person suffering from panic attack who may also feel dizzy and experience increase in heart beat. Here are symptoms of panic attack explained by nutritionist and wellness expert Karishma Shah in her recent Instagram post.

"Panic attacks involve sudden feelings of terror that strike without warning. These episodes can occur at any time, even during sleep. People experiencing a panic attack may believe they are dying or going crazy. The fear and terror that a person experiences during a panic attack are not in proportion to the true situation and may be unrelated to what is happening around them," says Karishma Shah.(Pexels)

Feeling dizzy or tingling in your limbs: When you start having a panic attack, there is less blood in your extremities. In turn, some people feel weaker in their arms, legs, hands, and feet. This decrease in blood flow can also make your feet and hands tingle, or feel a bit numb as if you stayed put in one position for too long.(Pixabay)

Intrusive thoughts: Intrusive thoughts are uncontrollable and often times conjure up disturbing images that can make the person experiencing them feel afraid to the point of immobility.
