Tell us about your educational background. How were you in academics?

I did my bachelor’s degree from Garware College of Commerce and passed out in 2007. Now, I am pursuing master’s in business administration from an autonomous university. I was one of the best student when I was in school, but after that I was an above average student. I remember we had a group of friends in school and always used to have discussions on future of our country’s youth and job opportunities. That was the time when mobile phones and internet was slowly growing, so we would try to learn more about the new technology.

What drove you to choose this career path? What happened after graduation ?

I chose to do commerce because there are many options to pursue after completing the degree. Garware college helped me learn many life skills like punctuality, discipline and decision making. Lectures by experts and entrepreneurs regularly conducted in the college helped me think big. After graduation I tried many jobs and also tried doing business. I joined banking sector initially on contract and then gradually moved up the rank.

Tell us about your career journey. What are the highs and lows of your career so far?

It has been a wonderful journey so far. I have met thousands of people from varied professions in the past six years and have learnt a lot from them which is helpful for both my personal and professional life. My performance has been outstanding in the last 5 years. I want to achieve the next position in my professional life in two years.
