My Nation My Vote: National security should be our priority, says this Pune voter
As we are seeing a series of attacks by Pakistan on our country, so this time we want a solid government who can fight this terrorism.
Ganesh Bhosale is a 58-year-old autorickshaw driver who chalks out his strategy for voting this election.
Did you vote in previous elections?
For the last 40 years since I got eligible for voting at the age of 18, I have never missed any elections. I have voted even in the last Lok Sabha and state assembly elections.
What issues have mattered to you in the past?
For me, the person at the ground level- whether it is MP, MLA or corporator matters while voting. So I don’t see at the national level. We want that person to be elected who can resolve our local level issues and take them up till the state and national level.
What issues matter to you today?
This time also, it’s the same formula for me, but the national security issue should be top priority for all of us. As we are seeing a series of attacks by Pakistan on our country, so this time we want a solid government who can fight this terrorism.
