The accused has been identified as Maulana Raheem who works as a teacher at the Jamia Arabiya Darul Yatima (orphanage) at RK colony in Katraj. Raheem has been accused of sodomizing the two 10-year-old boys, who ran away from the orphanage because of the sexual abuse, police said.
The incident came to light when the victims were found at the Pune railway station by a child rights organisation, who took them to the child development commission at Shivajinagar.
