Members of a local family has appealed for financial help for the treatment of their 20-year-old son Pawan, who is suffering from a heart disease.

Pawan's mother said their financial condition was poor due to which they could not afford the treatment which was necessary to save his life. She is working as a warden in a girl's hostel.

A spokesperson at Christian Medical College and Hospital (CMCH) said any assistance provided would be appreciated.

Donations can be made in the name of CMC Ludhiana Society with 'for Pt Pawan -C7527127' written on the back of cheque which can be sent to the department of cardio vascular surgery, first Floor, ward no 14, room 2201 at CMCH. Donors can get more information about the patient by dialing hospital's contact number 0161-2660022.
