In an application filed under RTI Act, the city-based RTI activist, obtained information that 30 city hospitals don't have parking arrangements, which is violation of building bylaws.

RTI activist Rohit Sabharwal said, “I have filed an application on January 12 to provide information showing details of violation made by the above said hospitals in their parking area. In reply, municipal corporation (MC) informed that 30 hospitals don't have any parking facility.”

“Besides, I asked them to provide information showing the details of action taken against the violation made by these hospitals. But, the MC does not have any record of taking action against these hospitals,” Sabharwal said.
