Finding it tough to retain international flights, some goods news came for the local Sree Guru Ram Das Ji International Airport, as the Spicejet decided to start Amritsar-Mumbai direct flight from October 29.

Airport Director, Suneel Dutt informed that the Amritsar-Mumbai flight would start from October 29 and operate thrice a week. The flight will operate between Amritsar and Mumbai on every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Stressing that this flight will be a great facility for the passengers, Airport Director Dutt said, "This will be a Mumbai-Amritsar Srinagar flight and will not only give boost to tourism but also help the business community of both Amritsar and Mumbai."

Timings
Detailing on timings, Director said, "The Flight will start from Mumbai at 10:00 AM and reach Amritsar at 12-20 PM. The flight will depart in the evening at 15:50 PM and reach Mumbai at 18:20 PM.
