More than 130 people were killed in the attack on All Saints Church, one of the oldest churches in Pakistan, built in 1883. Chandullah Group, a faction of terror outfit Tehreek-e-Taliban claimed responsibility for the attack.

Terming the blasts a "cowardly act", Bakshi urged the Pakistan government to ensure safety of all minorities in the country.
