Defamation case against Kejriwal: Court adjourns hearing to July 8

A local court heard the arguments in the defamation case filed by revenue minister Bikram Singh Majithia against AAP convener Arvind Kejriwal and two others on Saturday and fixed the next date of hearing on July 8.

Majithia’s advocate Gurnam Singh Rajput urged the court to summoning Kejriwal.

Majithia had filed a defamation case against Kejriwal, AAP’s Punjab convener Sanjay Singh and Ashish Khetan accusing them of tarnishing his image and also of his family through false and malicious allegations.
