Man, daughter killed in road accident

A man and his daughter were killed, while his wife and son sustained injuries in a road accident in Abohar, a subdivision of Fazilka district, on Wednesday.

Subhash, a resident of Kerakhera village, was reportedly returning from his in-laws' house with his wife Suman, daughter Guddu and son Manoj when their motorcycle collided with a car coming from the opposite direction near Tarmala village, killing Subhash on the spot.

Guddu was declared brought dead by doctors, while Suman and Manoj were admitted with critical injuries.
