Providing information here on Friday, district sessions judge-cum-chairman of the district legal authority, Balbir Singh, said a large number of criminal cases, cheque bounce and bank recovery cases, civil suits, motor accident claims, and family and matrimonial disputes will be taken up during the adalat.

Organised by the National Legal Services Authority (NALSA), the lok adalat aims at reducing pending cases.
