People offer prayer at Golden Temple for abducted Indians in Iraq

People offered prayers for the abducted Indians in Iraq at the Golden Temple on Tuesday. Yesterday, the ministry of external affairs said that Indian nationals in Iraq were safe and unharmed, and added that the ministry is in contact with the 46 nurses stuck in Tikrit.

Yesterday, the ministry of external affairs said that Indian nationals in Iraq were safe and unharmed, and added that the ministry is in contact with the 46 nurses stuck in Tikrit.

The MEA also said that the ministry received 120 requests in Baghdad and 300 in its control room in New Delhi for assistance of various types.
