Punjab will organise the second Shaheed-e-Azam Bhagat Singh State Games in February 2016. The disciplines have increased from 11 to 15.

A spokesman said tug-of-war, handball, badminton and gymnastics were latest additions. The prize money in each competition of the last edition was Rs 21 Lakh, which is expected to go higher this time. A decision in this regard is pending at the government level.
