Sangrur: 3 killed in road mishap
Three members of a family were killed and another two seriously injured in a road mishap in the town early this morning. Police said that the car, in which family of Varinder Mittal was travelling, collided with a tree near Kamal Palace in the town.

Three members of a family were killed and another two seriously injured in a road mishap in the town early this morning.
Police said that the car, in which family of Varinder Mittal was travelling, collided with a tree near Kamal Palace in the town. The family was returning to Sangrur after attending a marriage at Shahbad in Haryana.
The deceased were identified as Varinder Mittal (60), his son Arun Mittal (30) and granddaughter Aditya Mittal (8) while Brij Bala, wife of Varinder Mittal, and her daughter-in-law Suman (28) were seriously injured in the road mishap. They were referred to a private hospital at Ludhiana.
