Sirsa Namdhari sect head supporters allege threat

Supporters of Thakur Dalip Singh, head of Namdhari sect at Sirsa, on Saturday met commissioner of police Jatinder Singh Aulukh here and submitted a memorandum expressing fear of threat to their lives from the supporters of the Namdhari sect at Bhaini Sahib headed by Satguru Uday Singh.

Supporters of Thakur Dalip Singh, head of Namdhari sect at Sirsa, on Saturday met commissioner of police Jatinder Singh Aulukh here and submitted a memorandum expressing fear of threat to their lives from the supporters of the Namdhari sect at Bhaini Sahib headed by Satguru Uday Singh.

Members of International Namdhari Sangat here told the CP that they had got information that the supporters of the warring sect at Bhaini Sahib are planning an attack on them. They urged the commissioner to take steps as an attack was likely being planned against them. They said the murder case of Chand Kaur, wife of ex-sect head Satguru Jagjeet Singh, be cracked soon.
