Nivin Pauly’s last film, Hey Jude, was a box office success.

Nivin Pauly is riding high on the success of his last release, Hey Jude, which also starred Trisha Krishnan. According to a report in The News Minute, the Malayalam actor might soon work with Lijo Jose Pellisery, known for his film, Angamaly Diaries.

While there is no official word yet, sources informed the online portal that the director is in talks with Nivin Pauly and Anthony Varghese.

In Hey Jude, Nivin played an adorable person - a child locked in a man’s body. He has a pet stuffed fish (Nemo of Finding Nemo). His life goes for a big churn when Crystal (Trisha) enters his life.

Nivin is currently busy with another interesting project -- a Malayalam and Hindi bilingual -- called Moothon. Directed by Geethu Mohandas, Nivin will be seen playing a character called Akbar who is in search of his long-lost older brother.

He will also be seen in Kayamkulam Kochunni, alongside Mohanlal. Directed by Rosshan Andrrews, the film revolves around the life of Kochunni, a highway robber based in Kayamkulam. Kochunni is Kerala’s 19th century version of Robin Hood. He steals from the rich to help the poor as he was born poor and empathises with people of a similar background. Nivin plays the lead role.

Lijo Jose Pellissery, the maverick Malayalam director, is known for his films such as City of God, Amen, Double Barrel and Angamaly Diaries.
