Sunil Chettri scored a brace as India escaped with a 3-2 win over third division Portuguese team Sertanense FC.

Chettri opened the scoring in the 14th minute off Mohammed Rafi’s pass and doubled the lead in the 22nd minute with a header from goalie Subrata Pal’s free kick.

Sertanense pulled one back seven minutes later and then went on to score the second goal in the 59th minute.

India sealed the game when N.P. Pradeep found the back of the net in the 77th minute.
